Refund and Cancellation Policy

BOOKS EXERCISE BOOKS CRAFT ITMES STATIONERYS bought cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be changed. You must get the item changed  within 10 days of your purchase.

UNIFORM that has been ordered once and received by you will not be accepted for exchange. Exchange of uniform in case of sizes change is also not possible at present due to current covid19 situation . No change exchange return can be done now due to this ongoing situation 

No cancellation is allowed once order is placed.
